    We reserve the right to refuse service involving hazardous or illegal items.

5. Cancellations

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments without notice may result in additional charges.

6. Payments

We accept approved payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed electronic payments. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ashkaya Junk Removal Services is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property.
  • Damage caused by items being removed if not properly disclosed.
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
